Our Mission

Engineers Without Borders is a volunteer non-profit humanitarian organization that supports community-driven development programs worldwide through the design and implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while fostering responsible leadership. Our vision is a world in which all communities have the capacity to meet their basic human needs.

Get Involved

You can get involved with EWB by joining a project team, a chapter committee or working on local (and non-local) outreach projects.  We are currently looking for:

• A structural engineer to assist on the Mali project
• A health assessment person for the Tanzania project
• A chapter publicity chair
• Student mentors for UCLA and Cal State LA
